We proudly launched Kloud Partners, a System Integrator company, which quickly became a cornerstone of our strategic capabilities. In its inaugural year, Kloud Partners didn’t just participate; it led one of the most critical government transformation projects in Malaysia—a testament to our commitment to creating impactful, technology-driven solutions that enhance citizens’ lives and streamline their interactions with government services.

This project not only set a new standard in citizen engagement but also demonstrated our ability to influence and improve the fabric of societal infrastructure. It’s initiatives like these that remind us of the power of technology to transform lives and strengthen communities.

In addition to our achievements through Kloud Partners, 2023 saw the establishment of Digital Echo Systems Ventures. This strategic move marks our ambitious entry into the entertainment and consumer engagement industries—sectors ripe for disruption and eager for the innovation Digital Zyndicate is known to deliver. We are not just participating in these industries; we are aiming to redefine them.

Our vision extends into the realm of property management, where we plan to launch innovative platforms for property and rental management. These platforms are designed to revolutionize how properties are managed, making it simpler, more efficient, and more user-friendly. This move is driven by our understanding of the market’s needs and our commitment to meet them with cutting-edge solutions.

Strategic Growth and New Partnerships

A significant highlight of 2023 was the remarkable growth witnessed by Duthaya Digital Services, a strategic investment that has thrived under our aegis. This year, Duthaya expanded its business operations by introducing new services, further enhancing its market footprint and value proposition. In a landmark development, Duthaya Digital Services signed a strategic partnership with Sri Lanka TelecomMobitel, the country’s leading telecom service provider. This partnership has been transformative, enabling Sri Lanka TelecomMobitel to offer Duthaya’ s innovative services to their extensive customer base, thereby significantly expanding Duthaya’ s reach and impact.

Challenges and Strategic Decisions

However, the year was not without its challenges. We encountered a significant setback with the planned launch of Enki – The Wisdom App. Due to several critical failures by our selected development partner, the launch did not proceed as planned. In response to these challenges, we have decided to grant the development partner an extension of six months to meet our project deliverables. We remain committed to our goals, but it is important to clarify that failure to meet the extended deadline will necessitate a reevaluation of the partnership, potentially leading to the termination of the contract and the selection of a new development partner.

This decision underscores our commitment to quality and excellence. While we are prepared to support our partners through difficulties, we maintain high standards for deliverables and

outcomes. The lessons learned from this experience are invaluable and will inform our approach and strategic decisions moving forward.
